WARRANTEE DEED.

To all People to whome these Presents shall come: Greeting.
Know ye, that I Lucretia Church
of the Town of Ashford, County of Windham and State of Connecticut for the consideration of Twenty-six hundred Dollars received to my full satisfaction of Hannah K. Church wife of John W. Church of said Ashford County and State aforesaid
Do give, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Hannah K. Church and to her heirs and assigns forever one certain tract or parcel of land situated partly in the town of Ashford and partly in the town of Mansfield in Tolland County and butted and bounded as follows (to wit) bounded on the North by lands of Edward Squier and Samuel Bicknell and in part by highway leading from the Bicknell bridge so called to West Ashford, on the East by the Mount Hope river and highway leading from Warrenville and land of Sarah B. Brown, wife of John A. Brown and on the West by land of Edward Squier and land of Samuel Bicknell and contains by estimation one hundred and twenty acres be the same more or less, together with all the buildings thereon standing. Reserving to the use of Sarah B. Brown and Samuel Bicknell the right to pass and repass with teams and cattle from the head of lane south of said Brown's house across pasture in the path now used by keeping up bars and gates at all tims and also granting to said Church the right to pass through lane of said Brown to pasture before mentioned.
To have and to hold, the above granted and bargained premises, with the appurtenances thereof, unto her the said grantee and her heirs and assigns forever, to her and their own proper use and behoof. And also I the said granto do for my self and my heirs, executors and administrators, covenant with the said grantee her heirs and assigns, that at and until the ensealing of these presents I am well seized of the premises as a good indefeasable estate in FEE SIMPLE, and have good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above written; and that the same is free from all incumberances whatsoever except as above mentioned.
And furthermore, I the said grantor do by these presents bind myself and my heirs forever to WARRANT and DEFEND the above granted and bargained premises to her the said grantee her heirs and assigns against all claims and demands whatsover except as above.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two.
