DISTRIBUTION CERTIFICATE.

STATE OF CONNECTICUT,
County of Windham ss. Probate Court,
District of Ashford,
ESTATE OF Hannah K. Church late of the Town of Ashford
in said County, deceased.
I, James E. A. Knowlton, Judge of the Court of Probate within and for the District of Ashford in said County, hereby certify that the last place of residence of said deceased was in the Town of Ashford in said District;
That said deceased died intestate, of the 4th day of November, 1932, owning real estate; That on the 6th of December 1932, administration on the estate of said deceased was granted to Henry E. Church of Ashford, Connecticut, and on the 15th day of December 1932, said Probate Court limited and allowed six months from the date thereof for the creditors of said estate to bring in their claims and directed that public notice of said limitation be given; That on the 17th day of July 1933, the Administrator made return to said Probate Court that he gave public notice of the order allowing estate; That on the 19th day of August A.D., 1933, said Probate Court allowed the administration account of said Administrator, representing that all of the claims allowed by him against said Estate had been fully paid, satisfied and discharged; That all the real estate of which said deceased died seized of vests in Henry E. Church, son and only heir-at-law of said deceased. Which real estate in situated partly in the Town of Ashford, County of Windham and State of Connecticut, and partly in the Town of Mansfield and County of Tolland in said State, together with such rights of way or easements as belong therewith, and subject to such rights of way or easements as appear of record.

In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed the Seal of said Court, on this Fifteenth day of September A.D. 1933.
